Roles & Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they are seated promptly and comfortably.
- Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized service and recommendations.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor the service process, ensuring that orders are accurately taken, correctly processed, and delivered to the correct tables in a timely manner.
- Manage the flow of service in the dining area to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Ensure that the dining area is clean, well-organized, and set up according to the restaurant's standards before and during service.
- Act as the primary point of communication between the service team and the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring all orders are accurately relayed and fulfilled.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to manage the timing of service, ensuring that food and beverages are delivered promptly and at the correct temperature.
- Ensure that any issues or delays in the kitchen or bar are promptly addressed and communicated to the guest, minimizing any disruption to their experience.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th Pass
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or bar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Food & Accommodation will be Provided.
- Photo, Aadhar & Pan Card Required.
