**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
✔Assist in sourcing and purchasing raw materials, packaging, and other essential components.
✔Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely procurement.
✔Process and track purchase orders while maintaining accurate records.
✔Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
✔Coordinate with production, R&D, and quality teams to align purchasing needs.
✔Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO standards in procurement.
✔Prepare procurement reports and analyze supplier performance.
**Technical Skills & Qualifications**:
✔Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
✔Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, oral care, or pharmaceutical industries.
✔Knowledge of raw materials, active ingredients, and packaging in the beauty industry.
✔Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
✔Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
✔Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
✔Experience in vendor management and supplier evaluation.
✔Knowledge of import/export regulations and global sourcing.
✔Understanding of sustainable and eco-friendly procurement practices.
