**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordinate with Export Houses**: Liaise with export houses, corporate companies, and clients to generate new business opportunities and maintain a steady flow of work.
- **Client Communication**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- **Pitching to Companies**: Proactively reach out to corporate houses and new clients, presenting company offerings and solutions through effective marketing strategies.
- **Sending Brochures to Clients**: Develop and send marketing brochures, promotional materials, and proposals to clients to keep them informed about our latest products and services.
- **Export Coordination**: Coordinate with clients regarding export opportunities, approaches to different countries, and provide necessary information for the export process.
- **Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns**: Create and implement marketing strategies to promote Belcon Tex Pvt Ltd’s têxtile products both domestically and internationally.
- **Client Support**: Provide excellent client service through timely communication, follow-ups, and resolving client queries to ensure their satisfaction.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and client outreach, offering insights for future improvements.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate marketing, client coordination, or export sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with corporate clients, export houses, and international partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of the têxtile industry and export procedures is a plus.
- Females only.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with export houses and handling international clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and an ability to close deals.
