**Main responsibilities**
- Consult with the project team and determine visual design preferences and expectations.
- Manage the design team and agencies to generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
- Work collaboratively with the Content and Development roles to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.
- Collaborating with IT developers in aligning visual designs with website functionalities.
- Developing prototypes to uniformly integrate logos and brand images to other products and platforms, including social media.
- Interpret storyboards to tell visual stories that support content design objectives.

**Skills and experience**
- Required:_
- Atleast 15 years with a minimum of four years of professional experience in designing brand identities, print ready layouts and website design for web, desktop and mobile.
- The ability to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
- Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
- Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
- Proven ability delivering high quality designs with attention to detail.
- Expert level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and other relevant design tools.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field.
