**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the entire design process from initial concept to final styling, ensuring a seamless workflow.
- Conducting thorough market research to stay abreast of emerging trends, fabrics, and techniques, while seeking inspiration for designs.
- Collaborating closely with team members to choose seasonal themes, refine product lines, and innovate new concepts.
- Aligning product design with the overall business strategy and brand vision.
- Carefully selecting fabrics and trims tailored to the Indian market for dress materials, Indo-western, and ethnic wear.
- Generating production sketches as part of comprehensive development packages.
- Working in tandem with technical designers to ensure accuracy and coherence in development packages.
- Communicating buyers' comments with the production team.
- Development of sample styles as per the inspiration..

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, or a related field.
- total work: 3 to 5 year (preferred)
- Fashion design: 3 to 5 year (preferred)
- Proven experience in fashion design, with a portfolio showcasing outwear garment designs.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabric types, and garment construction.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
- Ability to create detailed technical drawings for production.
- Exceptional presentation skills, with experience in presenting collections to clients or stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
