**Responsibilities**:

- **Trend Research**: Conduct comprehensive research on current and emerging fashion trends, with a focus on outwears, to ensure our collections are innovative and market-leading.
- **Design Development**: Create original designs for outwears that reflect the latest trends, customer preferences, and brand identity. This includes sketching ideas, selecting materials, and specifying color palettes, patterns, and textures.
- **Presentation Creation**: Develop engaging presentations to showcase new collections to clients and stakeholders. These presentations should effectively communicate the vision, design concepts, and details of the collection.
- **Sample Production**: Collaborate with the production team to develop samples for new designs. This involves providing clear instructions, overseeing the sampling process, and making necessary adjustments to ensure the final product meets design specifications and quality standards.
- **Client Interaction**: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and retirement, and tailor presentations and collections to meet their requirements. Provide expert advice and recommendations on outwear garment design and trends.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing and aligned with business goals and market demand.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Analyze feedback from clients, sales teams, and market research to refine designs and collections for optimal appeal and success.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fashion design, with a portfolio showcasing outwear garment designs.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabric types, and garment construction.
- Excellent skills in sketching and design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Ability to create detailed technical drawings for production.
- Exceptional presentation skills, with experience in preparing collections for client or stakeholder review.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and client requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
