**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Manual Testing:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure the stability of existing features.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with the development team to facilitate resolution.

Automation Testing:

- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.
- Continuously enhance and optimize automated test scripts for improved efficiency and coverage.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing valuable input to the development process.

Documentation:

- Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
- Provide regular status reports on testing progress, defect tracking, and overall quality metrics.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and testing tools.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance the overall quality assurance process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on both manual and automation testing.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
