**JOB ALERT** **Location: Manesar, Gurgaon**

We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable dispatcher to act as our company’s first point of contact for supply related calls. In this position, you will be in charge of maintaining call logs, taking messages and acting accordingly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer product supply related query calls and record important information.
- Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field units.
- Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency.
- Taking decisions to prioritize daily schedule supply.
- Billing of products.
- Documentation of stock related information.
- Transport Vehicle management.
- Only gases industry prefer.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Billing process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel with proven experience in data entry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
