Responsible for checking portals for pending orders, breaching orders, RTS orders not shipped by LP, cancellation orders etc. At this time, corresponding excel files must be uploaded onto the drive for further MIS processing.
- Responsible for daily target assignment for dispatch, inwarding and returns to the team of dispatchers, pickers and packers.
- Responsible for liaisoning with courier partners and portal executives for timely pickups of RTS packages.
- Responsible for detecting productivity problems for individual team members.
- Responsible for reporting any anomalies on the floor related to other products sent, Bin discrepancies.
- Responsible for directly managing a team of Picker/Packer
- Responsible for handling queries regarding dispatches, inwarding and returns from internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for internal SOP adherence for picking, packing, processing, handover, inwarding and return processing.
- Responsible for overviewing training and skill development of dispatchers in various roles.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
