Responsibilities:
Supervise Packing Operations: Oversee and manage the day-to-day packing activities, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of packing associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all packed products meet the required standards and specifications.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that sufficient packing materials are available at all times. Coordinate with the procurement team to order supplies as needed.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate packing processes and identify opportunities for improvement in terms of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. Implement appropriate changes and best practices to optimize operations.

Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for packing associates. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards or concerns.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of packing activities, including production reports, quality control records, and inventory levels. Prepare regular reports and provide updates to management as required.

Communication: Liaise and collaborate with other departments, such as production, logistics, and quality assurance, to coordinate packing activities and resolve any issues or concerns.

Qualification
- Graduation minimum

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
