Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities

1. OET Instruction: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to students preparing for the OET exam, focusing on all language skills including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

2. Curriculum Development: Assist in the development and enhancement of OET curriculum, course materials, and resources to ensure alignment with the latest exam trends and requirements.

3. Individualized Learning: Assess the strengths and weaknesses of each student and tailor instructional strategies to meet their specific learning needs, ensuring optimal progress and skill development.

4. Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student performance through mock tests, assignments, and practice exercises, providing detailed feedback to help students track their progress.

5. Student Support: Offer guidance and support to students outside of class hours, addressing their concerns, clarifying doubts, and providing additional resources as needed.

Required Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

2. Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective instruction and interaction with students.

3. Teaching Aptitude: Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, learner-centered lessons. Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable.

4. High Proficiency in English: Demonstrated mastery of the English language, including advanced grammar, vocabulary, and language usage.

5. OET Expertise: In-depth understanding of the OET exam format, scoring criteria, and assessment procedures.

6. Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using technology and digital tools for instructional purposes.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150.00 - ₹350.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week
