About UsWe’re a problem-solving IT consultancy helping small and mid-sized businesses digitalize and automate their operations.Our projects range from workflow optimization and system integration to custom business automation — built to make processes faster, smarter, and more efficient.The RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on, flexible, hands-on, and independent Odoo Engineer & Administrator to join our distributed team.You’ll help design, implement, and maintain customized Odoo environments for clients across multiple industries.This position starts part-time (approx. 20 hrs/week) and may evolve into a full-time role as our project base grows.What You’ll DoAdvise clients on how to map and automate business processes in Odoo.Configure and administer Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Production, Services, Productivity).Customize workflows and process automations tailored to client needs.If needed, develop or extend Python modules for advanced automation and integrations together with our software engineers.What You BringStrong knowledge of Odoo architecture, modules, and configuration.Experience in one or more areas: CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, or HR.Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).Good analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.Excellent English communication (spoken and written).Experience of working in an international projectIndependent working style, thinking in solutions instead of problems and ability to meet deadlines.Experience in using AI and AI driven coding like with Cursor(Bonus) Python development or Odoo customization experience.What We OfferPermanent part-time position with opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.100% remote work with flexible hours.Diverse international projects with real business impact.Space for innovation, autonomy, and professional growth.📩 Interested?Send us your CV via LinkedIn, with salary expectations, and a short note about your Odoo experience.We look forward to hearing from you
