- Fiber/Broadband to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

As an Operation Manager-Fiber/Broadband, you will oversee the daily operations of the systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. You will lead a team of professionals, manage network operations, and drive process improvements to meet organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telecommunications professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- **Network Management**:

- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecom systems.
- Monitor network performance and implement strategies for optimization.
- **Project Management**:

- Plan and execute telecom projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
- **Operations Oversight**:

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- **Customer Support**:

- Manage customer service operations, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare reports on system performance, project progress, and team productivity.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Fiber/Broadband operations management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Software i360 systems and network technologies and Technical Skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in handling team, dealing with Client Audit and queries.
