Role: Sales Coordinator

Based in : Vasai / Work from Office

Work Timings: 6 days a week from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Reporting to: Business Head / Sales Manager

Experience required: 2-3 years mandatory in the field of Manufacturing Industry.

**What do you need to do?(Role and Responsibilities)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports and managing sales literature.
- Coordinate sales activities, such as scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and preparing sales materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage and track sales leads, opportunities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide sales data and insights to support sales forecasting and performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and sales protocols.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements Of the Role**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

**Salary**

As per industry standard and based on existing experience and skill set.
