**About the Role**

This isn’t your typical “assistant” role. Think of it as being the **Founder’s partner in growth -**a mix of **operations, business development, and strategic brainstorming**. You’ll help manage day-to-day tasks, build and scale new initiatives, and co-create ideas that shape the future of the company and brand.

Our work has already reached **3B+ views globally**, and you’ll be directly contributing to expanding that impact - across **two companies (media + tech), collaborations with top creators, and the launch of new digital ventures**.

You’ll play a pivotal role in growing:

- A strong **personal online presence**:

- A fast-scaling **newsletter**:

- A new **YouTube channel (about to launch)**:

- A **tech SaaS company** built for creative teams

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work directly with the **Founder** to drive growth across personal brand, content, and business.
- Identify, pursue, and close **new business opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships**.
- Lead **AI-first content strategy & execution** across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and newsletters.
- Launch and manage the **newsletter**—editorial, growth, and community building.
- Build and manage **brand collaborations**—outreach, negotiations, and performance tracking.
- Conduct **market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity spotting** for new ventures.
- Collaborate with creative and operational teams to ensure **quality execution and alignment**.
- Track performance metrics (growth, engagement, conversions) and use data to guide decisions.
- Take ownership of **strategic projects and operational tasks** as assigned by the Founder.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **2-4 years** of experience in social media, content marketing, business development, or growth roles.
- Deeply curious and **AI-savvy**—you leverage tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Descript, Notion AI, etc.
- Strong **entrepreneurial mindset**—you think like a builder and act like an operator.
- Excellent **communication, problem-solving, and execution skills**.
- A **data-first approach**—comfortable analyzing metrics, testing, and iterating.
- Someone who thrives in **fast-moving, high-ownership environments**.

**Compensation & Commitment**
