Architectural Designer

**Objective**:To develop architectural designs that align seamlessly with client requirements, ensuring each project reflects the quality, craftsmanship, and design excellence that define us. The ideal architect will strive to enhance the client’s vision while achieving the company’s goals of precision, innovation, and 100% design accuracy.
- **Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs)**:_

**Client Consultation**:

- Engage with clients to gather detailed requirements and preferences, ensuring a thorough understanding of their vision for marble, metal, and decorative structures.
- Present initial design concepts, iterations, and revisions based on client feedback to foster a collaborative, client-centric design process.

**Design Accuracy and Execution**:

- Create innovative and meticulously accurate architectural designs that meet client specifications, balancing artistic appeal with functional needs.
- Develop detailed blueprints, precise technical drawings, and 3D models to ensure 100% design accuracy, leaving no room for deviations between design and final output.
- Ensure the designs are compatible with the properties of materials (marble, metal, etc.) used, maintaining both artistic integrity and structural soundness

**Project Oversight**:

- Manage the entire lifecycle of architectural projects, from concept through construction, ensuring adherence to timelines and client expectations.
- Coordinate with craftsmen and project teams to ensure the final outcome is a flawless realization of the approved designs.
- Provide consistent oversight to prevent any deviation from design specifications, ensuring that every detail matches the original concept.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Implement rigorous quality control processes throughout the design and construction phases to meet industry standards, client specifications, commitment to excellence.
- Conduct frequent site visits and inspections, providing hands-on guidance to craftsmen and contractors to ensure perfect alignment with design intent.

**Market Research & Innovation**:

- Stay informed on the latest trends, materials, and technologies, incorporating them into design solutions to elevate client projects.
- Conduct feasibility assessments to ensure all design concepts align with client budgets, timelines, and material availability.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align architectural designs with the company’s business strategies and client messaging.
- Mentor design team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and commitment to design excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Proven experience in architectural design, particularly with decorative elements in stone and metal.
- Expertise in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and proficiency in 3D modelling for precise visual representation.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to 100% design accuracy and fidelity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex design concepts clearly to clients and project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,959.73 - ₹40,257.48 per month
