**Role: Architectural Designer - ArchiCAD**

**Location**: Delhi, India | Full-time, Onsite

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop detailed architectural drawings & documentation using ArchiCAD & AutoCAD.
- Review and interpret drawings for both design & estimation purposes.
- Prepare cost estimates (materials, labor, equipment, overheads) and perform take-offs.
- Ensure compliance with USA & Australian building codes and standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers for accurate deliverables.
- Support cost optimization and value-engineering during the design phase.
- Collaborate directly with international clients and participate in virtual project reviews.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch. mandatory).
- 1-4 years’ experience in architectural design & estimation.
- Proven experience with USA & Australia-based projects.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD (mandatory), AutoCAD required (Revit/BIM a plus).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, detailing, and estimation workflows.
- Immediate joining required.
