1. **Strategy Development**
- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Develop content and social media marketing plans to increase engagement.
- Define target audience and identify digital marketing opportunities.

2. **Content Creation and Management**
- Create engaging multimedia content (videos, images, infographics, etc.).
- Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.

3. **Social Media Marketing**
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and drive brand awareness.
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

4. **Paid Advertising Management**
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Monitor and analyze ROI for ad campaigns.
- Adjust budgets and targeting to improve ad effectiveness.

5. **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**
- Optimize website content for better search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO tasks, including link-building and technical SEO.

7. **Data Analytics and Reporting**
- Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
- Prepare regular reports to demonstrate ROI and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

8. **Influencer Marketing**
- Collaborate with influencers to promote products or services.
- Track the success of influencer campaigns and assess their impact on the brand.

9. **Brand Management**
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing platforms.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the company's online presence.

10. **Website Management**
- Oversee website content and ensure it's user-friendly and optimized for conversions.
- Implement strategies to increase website traffic and engagement.

11. **Market Research**
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitors.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and campaigns.

12. **Collaboration with Other Teams**
- Work with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers as needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
