**Digital Marketing Specialist**

**Location**: Calicut, Kerala
**Salary**: Based on performance
**Experience**: Minimum 2+ years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Optimize websites for SEO, ensuring high visibility in search engines and improving organic search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools.
- Design and implement strategies for paid advertising (PPC) to increase brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), creating engaging posts, responding to customer queries, and growing the community.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to design engaging visuals, videos, and posts for digital campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Track KPIs and create reports to share insights on campaign performance, traffic, and conversions.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Minimum 2+ years of experience** in **digital marketing** (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Content Marketing).
- Experience with **Google Ads**, **Facebook Ads**, **Instagram Ads**, **SEO**, and **Google Analytics**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content and campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to track and analyze digital metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
