**Primary Educational Qualification for all roles: -**

∙Engineering graduate or ITI diploma ∙Practical knowledge on IoT communication and network protocols. ∙Good to have IoT Product certifications from a recognized institution.

**Work experience and skill sets required: -**

**A)Role Field Technician**:
- 1.Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in relevant field of IoT deployments,

2.Handle daily customer activities on the field like HW installation, devices integration, software upgrade etc.

3.Should be proficient in using all field related tools and testers required for field installation purposes.

4.Should be well versed with laptop and MS office usage.

**Job Responsibilities Field technician (Field Role): -**

∙Primary point of contact for all field related activities. ∙Conducting Pre-installation surveys and support the technical team with valid field inputs to derive at solutions. ∙Install, deploy and maintain the HW and SW solutions deployed on the field. ∙Will be responsible for timely field execution, problem resolution and customer support.

**B)Role Field Technical Specialist**:
- 1.Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience in relevant field of IOT project execution

2.Manage Customer communications and coordinate large scale field roll outs,

3.L2-L3 support on complex IoT products and services.

4.Should be proficient with IoT architecture and should have hands on working experience in deploying or managing any IoT based solution.

5.Should be well versed with IoT communication protocols and should have working knowledge to interpret device logs.

6.Effective communication and customer management skills.

**Job responsibilities Field Technical specialist (Field Role): -**

∙Point of contact for customers on IoT Installations and taking Complete responsibility of field roll outs. ∙Provide field and remote service support to ensure successful project execution and enable service operations. ∙Conducting technical training sessions to customer & service engineers on IoT products. ∙Understanding the customer problems during deployment and maintenance stage and provide appropriate field resolutions. ∙Managing customer expectations and escalating issues to Software and Embedded team and following up the for resolution as earlier as possible to give better customer service. ∙Visiting site for escalated field issues, finding RCA and provide timely resolutions. ∙Responsible for new customer POCs. ∙Taking customer feedback and feature request and discussing with hardware & software teams. ∙Customer Account record keeping and initiating new orders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
