**XN Travels**is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Full-time Video Editor** to join our dynamic development team. As a Video Editor at XN Travels, you will play a crucial role in shaping our visual content. You will be responsible for editing and producing video materials that engage, inform, and entertain our target audience. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop compelling video content, including promotional videos, tutorials, interviews, and more.
- Audio Editing: Enhance audio quality and synchronize it with video content for a seamless viewing experience.
- Visual Effects: Incorporate visual effects, graphics, and animations when necessary to elevate the quality and impact of videos.
- Colour Correction and Grading: Adjust colours and lighting to maintain visual consistency and enhance the overall look of videos.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including videographers, graphic designers, and content creators, to ensure projects are executed effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Review final edits to ensure they meet company standards for quality, accuracy, and style.
- File Management: Organize and manage video files, ensuring they are easily accessible and archived appropriately.
- Upload Content to YouTube with Thumbnails and input appropriate keywords to optimize video ranking using SEO
- Schedule posts in a weekly/consistent manner.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years' of experience in video editing and production is a plus.
- Experience in video editing and post-production software, such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro or Avid.
- Ability to produce creative, high-quality videos that align with the company's vision and brand.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure video projects are accurately produced from start to finish.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients to understand their vision and goals for the video content.
- Have previous YouTube SEO experience (optional)
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred.
