The Summit School is hiring Admission Counsellor.

Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students to assess their needs and provide tailored advice.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of applicants.

Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment of admission criteria with program goals.

Organize and participate in outreach events, workshops, and information sessions to promote the institution.

Maintain accurate records of applicant interactions and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner.

Analyze admission trends and provide insights to improve recruitment efforts and processes.

Assist in the development of marketing materials that effectively communicate the institutions value proposition.

Provide training and support to new team members on admission policies and procedures.

Engage with current students and alumni to gather testimonials and success stories for promotional use.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the admission experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

Proven experience in admissions, within the education sector.

Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making.

Familiarity with CRM systems and other technology tools used in the admissions process.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.

Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve processes.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Knowledge of educational programs and trends in higher education.

Strong presentation skills to effectively convey information to groups.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
