
Tele Caller Front Desk Executive

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Tele caller discusses with potential customers/students about academy’s course offerings. She ensures the prospects are aware of the brand and influence them to walk-in to the academy. Additionally, she engages with existing customers/students to get more referrals.
The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for guests, students and customers that visit the academy and is responsible for the smooth running and coordination of the front desk operations.
**MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Generate leads to develop business from different sources.
- Supporting marketing activities through mailing and cold calling.
- Follow up with incoming leads.
- Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
- Maintain MIS reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects.
- Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective students to generate new business for the Academy.
- Book appointment for marketing team for seminars or career counseling sessions in colleges.
- Calling students for scholarship test at the academy.
- Greet and welcome guests that come to the academy in a friendly & professional manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person as per the defined procedure.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Make necessary arrangements for events at the academy like scholarship test, festival celebrations, seminars etc.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable with all necessary stationery and material.
- Receive, register, sort and distribute courier/deliveries/documents etc.
- Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, banking, maintaining registers, housekeeping etc.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Any Bachelor’s degree
**YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele calling and/or front desk operations.
**Competencies / Skill Requirements**
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills. Knowledge of Kannada is must.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.
- Good MS Office knowledge.
**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
