**Job Title**: Junior Accounts Executive

**Location**: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

**Salary**: 15000k - 17000k per month

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling payment follow up calls to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Verify customer information and payment details to ensure accuracy.
- Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable, including issuing invoices, payments follow ups, and reconciling accounts.
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring they are properly recorded and categorized.
- Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and administration for various accounting activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresher with Strong communication skills in English,Tamil and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Hindi Speaking Must
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records
- Time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
