**Salary**: ₹15,000 per month during the 6-month probation period ₹22,000 per month post-confirmation

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.

Transaction Processing: Process invoices, receipts, and payments.

Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.

Tax Compliance: Support the preparation of tax returns and GST filings.

Client Communication: Daily follow-up with clients regarding outstanding payments.

Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books and Zoho CRM.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
