**Job Title**: CNC Programmer

**Department**: Manufacturing
**Reports To**: Production Manager

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for various machines
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D models.
- Select appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feeds based on material and design.
- Set up test runs and adjust programs as needed to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality control to troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure all CNC programs meet safety and quality standards.
- Maintain and update CNC programming documentation and files.
- Continuously seek ways to improve machining processes, reduce cycle times, and increase efficiency.
- Assist in machine setup and operation when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
