Job Summary:
As a CNC Programmer for HBM Machine, you will be responsible for programming and setting up our Horizontal Boring Machines to produce complex components with precision and accuracy. Your expertise in CNC programming and strong mechanical engineering background will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch products that meet our clients' stringent requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create CNC programs for Horizontal Boring Machines (HBM) using CAM software based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Set up and operate HBM machines, ensuring proper tooling, fixturing, and workpiece alignment.
- Perform machine trials to verify the accuracy of programs and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on machines to ensure they are operating at peak performance.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with a focus on HBM machines for at least 6-8 years.
- Proficiency in CNC programming languages, such as G-code and M-code.
- Strong knowledge of CAM software and CAD/CAM systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of machine setup and operation for HBM equipment.
- Solid understanding of machining processes and cutting parameters.
- A team player with good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
