**Experience: 5 to 6 years**
**Location: Kochi (Work from Office)**
**Salary: Max.13 LPA (According to Experience)**
Core Responsibilities:
Planning deliverables and helping teams monitor performance.
Resolving issues that hinder the teams' work.
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
Help teams implement changes effectively.
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it.
Required skillset:
Must have prior experience in a ScrumMaster role.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle.
Familiarity with software used to manage sprints/backlogs. Experience with Azure DevOps for sprint management is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field.
ScrumMaster certification is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹612,240.74 - ₹1,342,037.86 per year
