About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Product Owner / Scrum Master
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing product development, leading Agile teams, and aligning business strategy with execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritize with RICE scoring.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria ensuring clear alignment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and act as the bridge between business, product, and development teams.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Continuously refine and reprioritize backlog based on user feedback and business needs.
- Remove impediments to ensure productivity and focus of development teams.
- Foster continuous improvement, self-organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor, evaluate, and communicate progress, risks, and issues transparently.
Skills
- Proven Product Owner experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong ability to write user stories & acceptance criteria.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- Strategic prioritization based on business value.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) – mandatory preferred.
- PMP certification – a plus.
- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational & time management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years in product management, agile project management, or related roles.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic thinker with innovative mindset.
