
Social Media Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media and blog posts, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media accounts, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and insights for optimization.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster a loyal online community through effective communication strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media tools to enhance our marketing strategies.
- Assist in creating content calendars, project timelines, and comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client goals.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our social media and content strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing campaign performance and actionable insights for the team.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Strong command of English, with excellent writing and editing skills; able to craft engaging content that adheres to brand standards.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Strong creative and analytical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and collaborative team player with a passion for digital marketing and content creation.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in running paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they integrate with content marketing strategies.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
