**1. Content Strategy & Planning**
- Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand goals and target audience.
- Plan monthly content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Research current trends, hashtags, and audience insights to create relevant, high-performing content.

**2. Content Creation**
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging **photo, video, and graphic content** for social media.
- Create **Reels, stories, carousels, memes, and brand campaigns** that reflect brand tone and storytelling style.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, voice, and visual identity.

**3. Social Media Management**
- Handle daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across all social media platforms.
- Respond to audience comments, DMs, and mentions to foster community growth and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns and promotions across channels.

**4. Trendspotting & Innovation**
- Stay updated with new tools, content formats, and trends in the digital and creator ecosystem.
- Experiment with trending audios, challenges, and creative formats to maximize reach and engagement.

**5. Analytics & Reporting**
- Track and analyze post-performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions).
- Generate weekly/monthly reports and insights to optimize content strategies.
- Use analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Hootsuite to measure ROI.

**6. Collaboration & Brand Building**
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and influencers for content production and collaborations.
- Support in influencer campaigns, brand shoots, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Represent the brand authentically through storytelling and creative visuals.

**7. Consistency & Growth**
- Maintain consistent posting frequency and tone across all platforms.
- Work on audience engagement growth through creative storytelling, contests, and trends.
- Identify opportunities to expand presence to new social media channels (e.g., Threads, Pinterest, etc.).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
