**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for placing bids on various bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer and PPH.
- Responsible for generating business for the company through various channels and achieving targets.
- Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prepare convincing write-ups/ messages.
- Utilise all knowledge and skills in company’s growth
- Provide daily and monthly reports and other required reports.
**Required Skills**:
- Must have knowledge of generating leads for website & mobile apps development projects.
- Must have knowledge of bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancers, PPH etc.
- Must have strong technical knowledge of web development projects. Must have strong knowledge of requirements for Magento, Drupal, Shopify and Wordpress.
- Must have good understanding of front end and back end projects. Must have knowledge of extensions or plugins.
- Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare the detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team. Must have experience with creating PPT and business proposals to send to clients.
- Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated to meet targets.
**Required Educational Qualifications**:
- Must have completed Bachelor Degree.
- Education from technical background will be preferred.
This is a full-time position.
**Salary -** Based on Experience and Knowledge + 10% commission on every project
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
