We are fully committed to exceptional quality and guaranteed food safety. **Job Title**- Finance & Accounts **Experience - **3-4 years of experience in accounting. **Qualification**- Bachelor’s degree in accounting **Location**:Pune - Hadapsar **Job Type**: Full-Time **Key Responsibilities**: - Ensuring day to day accounting of sales & purchases as per GRN & sales reports - Performing manufacturing accounting, cost allocation in the ERP - Booking of vendors expense invoices ensuring the terms as per service agreements - Maintaining supporting documentation and filling in systematic manner - Booking of employee expenses claims and ensuring their timely payments. - Booking of petty cash transactions and maintaining its record - Preparation of vendor payment schedule as per credit terms - Ensuring bank accounting and bank reconciliation - Coordinating with the peoples at plant and field for inventory related transactions - Assist in month closure and year end audits **Preferred Attributes**: **- Bachelor’s degree in accounting - Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in accounting. - Hands on experience on inventory accounting & inventory valuation. - Good understanding of mfg. accounting from raw material to finished goods is must - Experience in the manufacturing industry is required. - Experience in the agriculture / food processing industry will be an added advantage. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proactive, self-motivated, and results oriented.
