We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Account Specialist to join our team. Job Responsibilities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and account vouchers. - Prepare and review journal entries, general ledgers, and reconciliations. - Process and edit invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Ensure timely and accurate entry of invoices into the accounting system. - Administer payroll processing, including calculations of salaries, deductions, and benefits. - Ensure timely and accurate distribution of salaries and manage employee compensation records. - Manage and execute all payments initiated by the company, including vendor payments, utilities, and other expenses. - Verify payment requests for accuracy and adherence to company policies. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) filing and other relevant tax regulations. - Prepare and file statutory returns and manage necessary follow-ups for payment processing. - Perform bookkeeping tasks including tracking financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. - Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. ∙Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed for management review. ∙Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. ∙Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Education Qualification / Work Experience Required: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience (1.5-3 years) in finance and accounting roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks and Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). - Knowledge of statutory compliance, including TDS filing and related regulations..

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
