**Key Responsibilitie**:

- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management, operations, and compliance, to ensure effective risk identification and remediation
- Analyze payment history and on-the-ground conditions to detect early signs of stress and delinquency
- Verify buyer information and approve/suspend/reject importer accounts per policy
- Maintain efficient records of information using collections dashboards
- Conduct policy-based collection calls and communicate with clients/buyers/lawyers to ensure timely recovery of financed amounts for international trade transactions
- Review bank deposits and reconcile balances
- Visit defaulted clients to understand their business and repayment structure
- Provide training to team members
- Report clients to insurance carriers in cases of default and file claims when applicable to receive a payout.
