Drip Capital is a leading provider of trade financing solutions, empowering businesses across the globe. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic intern to join our **Risk Servicing team** and support critical client-facing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing overdue accounts and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
- Support the team in preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Help respond to basic customer inquiries and resolve payment issues under supervision.
- Learn and gain exposure to collections processes, legal guidelines, and customer service best practices.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage in client-facing interactions.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to work effectively under mínimal supervision.
- Comfortable working from 12pm tp 9pm, Mumbai
- Comfort with making collection-related calls and ensuring professionalism during client interactions.
- Any prior experience or exposure to risk management, client servicing, collections, or finance will be a plus.
