**Opportunity - the ‘what’**:
As a Production Controller, you will:

- Support Delivery Project Managers throughout the full lifecycle of ELT digital product development.
- Assist in conceptualizing digital products and ensuring specifications are met.
- Manage and process digital assets for efficient production.
- Flow and amend content within interactive templates to ensure accurate integration.
- Conduct checks and testing to ensure product stability before release.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project execution.

Your work will directly impact the timely and high-quality delivery of ELT digital products, supporting learners and educators worldwide and strengthening OUP’s digital publishing capabilities.

**About You**:
**Essential Criteria**:

- Graduate or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in a digital environment, preferably in education or publishing
- High standard of literacy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Working knowledge of HTML, XML, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in software testing

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Previous experience in EFL (English as a Foreign Language) teaching
