Despatch Supervisor

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and lead a team of dispatchers and drivers
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries, pickups, and shipments
- Monitor transportation costs and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Utilise warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Resolve any transportation-related issues promptly
- Implement and improve dispatch processes for efficiency

**Qualifications**
- Experience in team management within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems like AS400
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Familiarity with forklift operation is advantageous
- Understanding of mechanical aspects related to transportation vehicles
- Strong grasp of business processes in a logistics setting

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
