Job Title: Education Counselor
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide academic and career counseling to students.
- Assist students with course selection and academic planning.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs.
- Provide support and counseling to students dealing with emotional or personal issues.
- Work with teachers and other educational professionals to identify and address student needs.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations on academic and personal development.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a school or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
