**Job Title**: Junior Graphic Designer

Bhoomi Plus is a dynamic and innovative e-commerce & marketing company. We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help us bring our brand's vision to life.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in our creative department. This is an excellent opportunity for a budding designer with a passion for visual storytelling and an eagerness to learn and grow. You will collaborate closely with our senior designers and marketing team to create compelling visuals and graphics that resonate with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Design and Create**: Assist in the design and creation of various digital and print materials, such as social media posts, marketing collateral, web graphics, and more.

2. **Visual Content**: Help develop eye-catching visual content that adheres to our brand identity and guidelines.

3. **Collaboration**: Work closely with senior designers and the marketing team to execute creative concepts and campaigns.

4. **Image Editing**: Edit and retouch photos to enhance their visual appeal and suit specific requirements.

5. **Stay Updated**: Stay informed about design trends and industry best practices to continually improve your design skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Strong creativity and an eye for detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your design capabilities.
