This involves creating engaging content, managing social media channels, running paid advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance data to optimize results. Key Responsibilities:

- **Content Creation and Curation**:Develops and curates engaging content (images, videos, stories, reels) for various social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's visual style and messaging.
- **Social Media Management**:Manages and grows the company's presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and potentially others like WhatsApp or Google Business.
- **Paid Social Media Advertising**:Plans, executes, and monitors paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook and Instagram Ads) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- **Community Engagement**:Responds to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive and engaging online community.
- **Performance Analysis and Reporting**:Tracks social media analytics, monitors trends, and analyzes campaign performance, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- **Collaboration**:Works closely with other teams (e.g., e-commerce, sales, PR) to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- **Trend Monitoring**:Stays up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
- **Basic Editing Skills**:May be required to edit photos and videos for social media content.
- **Influencer Marketing**:May be involved in identifying, collaborating with, and managing influencers to promote jewelry products.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Strong Social Media Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
- **Content Creation Skills**: Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze social media data and track campaign performance.

- **Basic Graphic Design Skills**: Familiarity with tools like Canva or Photoshop.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
