**Job Title: Pre-Nursery Mother Teacher**

**Location**: St. Andrews World School,Vasundhara Sector 16A

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Walk-in Interviews

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement age-appropriate learning activities and educational programs for pre-nursery children.
- Foster a loving, supportive, and safe environment to encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Engage children in interactive play, storytelling, art, and other educational activities that develop their language and motor skills.
- Monitor and assess the developmental progress of each child, and provide feedback to parents regularly.
- Create lesson plans based on school curriculum guidelines, keeping in mind the developmental needs of each child.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's development, behavior, and any concerns.
- Maintain classroom hygiene and organization.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **NTT (Nursery Teacher Training)** certification is **compulsory**.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching or working with young children (pre-nursery age group), Freshers can also apply.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage children effectively.
- Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children.
