Responsibilities:
Lead the identification of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with our

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and service.
Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term organizational planning, in line with
our vision for excellence.
Oversee the creation and delivery of high-impact communication to clients, showcasing
our services.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market changes in the world of tax.
Exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successful business development in a senior role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, reflecting our commitment to
understanding client demands.
Fluency in Marathi or Konkan is required.
Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
Extensive experience in the financial services industry, aligning with our core services.
In-depth knowledge of relevant tools and technologies.
