**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**: Drive sales of Jio products and services to new and existing customers in residential areas.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, providing them with tailored solutions based on their needs.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct product demos, explain features, and assist in troubleshooting customer concerns.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify new leads, follow up on referrals, and convert leads into sales.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to help optimize sales strategies.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- **Report & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service requests.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: SSLC
- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales or telecommunications is a plus.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-centric approach.
- **Own Vehicle**: Preferably with a two-wheeler (for area coverage).
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of Jio products and services is desirable but not mandatory.
- **Age**: Below 35.
