Job description:
Performs a range of routine and non-routine Quality tasks for product business.

Acts in functionally defined technical processes and operations, according to guidelines and procedures, reports to Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager. Routine tasks include
- 3D measurement / Gear testing in shifts (including night shift)
- Necessary report generation and documentation for measurement results.
- Routine calibration of 3D measurement machine (CMM) / Gear testing machine.
- Development / modification of new / existing measurement program for CMM / Gear Testing.
- Perform dimensional inspection on machine shop using micrometer, caliper, depth gauge, bore gauge etc.

Knowledge & skills:

- Should have good understanding of engineering drawing (mechanical parts)
- Should capable enough to perform measurements in 3D measurement machine (Zeiss Prismo / Accura / Contura or equivalent); or in Gear testing machine (i.e. Klingelnberg P40, P65, P100 or Wenzel or equivalent)
- Should be able to develop or modify programs for CMM / Gear Testing
- Necessary report generation and documentation of measurement results.
- Report generation skill (Microsoft office: MS word, MS excel and power point)
- Skill to perform dimension inspection (using micrometer, caliper, depth gauge, bore gauge etc.)
- Understanding of Basic Quality tools.
- Should have good communication skill.

Qualification and Experience:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with experience in QC/QA function.

Minimum 2 years' practical work-experience in 3D Measurement (CMM) or in Gear Testing
