Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects within the organization. This role involves coordinating project activities, ensuring deadlines are met, and facilitating communication among team members.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning:

- Collaborate with project managers to create detailed project plans.
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

2. Team Coordination:

- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed about project progress.
- Maintain a central repository for project-related documents and information.

3. Task Tracking and Monitoring:

- Track project tasks and milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary.
- Generate and distribute progress reports to stakeholders.

4. Resource Management:

- Assist in resource allocation and scheduling for project tasks.
- Work with team leads to ensure that resources are effectively utilized.
- Identify and address resource constraints to keep the project on track.

5. Quality Assurance:

- Support the implementation of quality assurance processes and standards.
- Collaborate with testing teams to ensure software quality and adherence to requirements.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance against quality benchmarks.

6. Client Communication:

- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project status.
- Address client concerns and ensure their expectations are managed appropriately.
- Solicit feedback from clients to improve project processes.

7. Documentation:

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration).
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within the IT industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of IT development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Familiarity with IT concepts and terminology.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to Commute:

- Mohali, Punjab (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Relocate before starting work (required)
