Sourcing / Acquisition of Gold loan customers, NTB as well as existing customer ids Networking and driving business with all sourcing channels in the branch to provide leads.

Support Branches (MFI/Branch banking / Asset RMs) in Micro marketing activities at potential locations in the catchment area of the branch.

Doing end to end operations involved in the disbursal of the loan (explaining the product, filling of form, valuation, sealing of packet, sending approvals, resolving queries, sending forms to OpsC, resolving discrepancies, renewals etc)

Customer service pre and post sales.

Support collection RMs in resolving overdue bucket and reduce NPA cases to Zero.

Canvasing and sourcing of New Customers to increase Gold loan Business,

Revenue generations through Cross Selling products of Dvara Smart Gold & Interest Collection

Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.

Customer Relationship and Follow-up,

Maintenance of important registers and daily reports.

Maintaining the TAT in the timely disbursement of the Gold loan.

Adhere to the Policy, Process & other guidelines of the organization. Improve the existing process to overcome the probable risk.

Compliance of internal audit matters. Close the issues pointed out in the audit within the TAT. Any other duties and responsibilities, assigned by Dvara SmartGold.

While performing the above responsibilities, the Loan Manager must ensure that he/she follow the Company’s core values, code of conduct and other institutional policies.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
