5. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

6. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for employees and subcontractors.

7. Develop and manage the company's budget, including forecasting and financial planning.

8. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement to maximize profitability.

9. Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.

10. Provide strong leadership to the executive team and employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

11. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.

12. Mentor and coach employees to enhance their skills and capabilities.

13. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, government agencies, and industry associations.

14. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

15. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
