We are seeking a skilled and creative **UX Designer** to join our team. You will focus on designing seamless user experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **user research** with school teachers, students, and partner admins to understand pain points in using the LMS, coding tools, or AI kit instructions.
- Develop **user personas** for different stakeholders: primary students, high school coders, non-technical teachers, and school administrators.
- Design **user flows, wireframes, and prototypes** to improve navigation, engagement, and learning outcomes on the LMS and mobile platforms.
- Identify UX gaps in tools like **AI Code Editor**, **Robotics Simulations**, and **Quiz/Game Modules** — and recommend improvements.
- Run **usability testing sessions** (remote or on-site) with schools using Cyber Square platforms and iterate based on insights.
- Work closely with UI designers to ensure that the visual design matches the intended experience.
- Collaborate with product managers and the curriculum team to **align UX decisions with learning goals and pedagogical frameworks**.
- Ensure **UX continuity** across different modules: coding labs, training dashboards, support/help sections, and certificate systems.

**Requirements**:
**Skills**:

- Strong command of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Ability to design **low
- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes**.
- Understanding of **responsive design**, mobile-first design, and accessibility standards.
- Basic familiarity with **HTML/CSS** is a plus (for communication with developers).

**Eligibility**:

- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on UX design experience.

Any degree in reputed institution.
