We are looking for a talented **UI/UX Designer** to join our on-site team. If you’re passionate about designing seamless user experiences and creating intuitive interfaces, we’d love to have you onboard

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure a seamless user experience (UX).
- Stay updated with design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging tools.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Create and maintain design systems for consistent digital branding.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year** of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with wireframing tools like Balsamiq, InVision, etc.
- Understanding of responsive design, user-centered design principles, and usability best practices.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
